Parking Information: The concert hall has a paid parking lot in the basement. For parking coupons, please ask the venue staff in the registration lobby.
2.Admission to the Competition
There is no limit to the number of spectators in the Concert Hall, and the venue is open to parents, relatives and friends. Please go to the auditorium on the second floor of the Concert Hall to watch the competition.
3.Notes for check-in of the competition
For the last few years, we have not been sending out race passes to participants, so they can simply check in with their personal identification documents. Participants should bring their personal identity documents (student ID, health insurance card, ID card) and check-in on time for the competition according to the “Competition Announcement”. Failure to check-in on time will result in forfeiture of the competition. No further action will be taken. During check-in, staff will confirm the name of the participant, the name of the instructor and the address for receiving the trophy nameplate. Parents and participants are asked to ensure that there are no errors on the certificates. If the certificates need to be reprinted due to an error in the name after they have been printed, there will be an additional charge. No replacement will be made if the shipment is returned due to lack of address or addressee.
4.Points for Attention
After check-in, please gather at the right side of the registration hall at the gathering time, and the staff will take you to the venue after roll-call.
Please do not leave your assigned seats during the competition, but follow the instructions of the staff to leave the venue after the whole competition so as not to affect the performance of the contestants on stage.
The auditorium is open for photography in 11 rows, no. 15~23. Please do not set up your equipment in the other aisles to keep the aisles clear.
The organizer of the Music Competition reserves the copyright for recording and photographing the activities of the Music Competition.
Competition performance time limit: Competition performance time will be counted from the start of the MC's roll call. Participants are requested to abide by the time limit for the competition. If they have not finished their performance after the time limit (including the 30-second buffer time), they will be deducted 2 points from the total average score according to the competition regulations.

5.Musical Instruments for the Competition
Piano and chair will be provided at the competition site. Participants are requested to prepare and install their own instruments and personal items such as kids piano pedals, chairs, and tuners for their performances or accompaniment. This year, Steinway & Sons Grand Piano D-274 will be provided to give the participants the best experience in the competition.
6.Prizes and Results Announcement
Award Ceremony: The Award Ceremony will be held in the Concert Hall after the afternoon, evening and night session of the Competition.
Results Announcement: The results will be announced at the registration hall about 30 minutes after the end of each session. (If a group is divided into different sessions, the results will be announced after all the participants of the group have finished playing.)
Trophy and Certificate: Each participant will receive a trophy and certificate which will be presented in the registration hall approximately 15 minutes after the results are announced. Please bring your identity documents to collect your prize.
The nameplate stickers on the trophies will be made and printed with the participant's name after the end of all the races. It will take about 3 weeks for the stickers be sent to the participant's confirmed address by post after completion. No replacement will be made if the shipment is rejected due to lack of address or recipient .
If you are unable to pick up your trophy on the same day, you can pick it up at the registration counter throughout the contest period (10/12, 10/13) 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), and there is no trophy delivery service available!
7.Prize Information
Gold Award - total average score of 85 or above, Silver Award - total average score of 83 or above but less than 85, Bronze Award - total average score of 75 or above but less than 83, and the first to the tenth place in each group.
If the average score of the first prize winner of each group is not 90 points or above, the first prize winner will be vacated.
The first place winners of each category will be awarded a prize of NT$5,000 and will be provided with a prize receipt to be filled out at the registration counter.
High-quality audio and video recording: The organiser will synchronise high quality audio and video recording to capture the whole process of the competition for the participants, and will make the video available for download on the fan site a few months after the competition.
